I am vs AI - the future belongs to agile mindsets. Human Intelligence, Agile vs Non-Agile Mindsets, AI Adoption, Critical Thinking as mediator

Recent academic discussions have highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the ever-changing business landscape. Agile mindsets (AM) are increasingly promoted as essential for adapting to change. Technology influences human attitudes. Equally important is the recognition that human mindsets shape technology and, consequently, influence its implementation. Therefore, the study's purpose, to which this dataset contributes, is to examine how leaders with agile and non-agile mindsets shape AI adoption. Furthermore, by emphasizing that artificial intelligence is shaped by human intelligence, the study highlights how fluid, crystallized, and emotional intelligence influence the adoption of both agile and non-agile mindsets toward AI through critical thinking. This research aims to clarify the importance of agile mindsets in a constantly changing business environment in the AI era. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze human intelligence and AI adoption based on a sample of 637 managers collected in the DATASET (quantitative). Data collection took place in March 2025. 
Only adults participated in the study; their participation was voluntary, and their identities were fully protected. Informed consent was collected before data collection started.
