Exome sequencing of human breast cancer cell lines derived from MDA-MB-231. Homo sapiens

Exome seq were performed on several human breast cancer cell lines derived from MDA-MB-231. These sub-lines have distinct metastatic abilities and tissue tropisms. Some of these sub-lines are mixed population while others are single-cell-derived progenies (SCPs). The intra-tumor heterogeneity and clonal evolutionary history was accessed.
