This study examines how RyR2 and CK18 relate to MRI features of pituitary tumors, including whether T2-weighted signal intensity reflects underlying calcium-signaling architecture and tumor differentiation that shape the local relaxation environment. Patients diagnosed with PA were included. RyR positivity was quantified from immunohistological tissue sections using QuPath v0.6.0. CK18 immunostaining was performed on the Dako Omnis staining system according to the manufacturer’s protocol. All patients also underwent pituitary MRI. Statistical analyses were conducted with SPSS/W 30.0.
