Dataset for mice related to "Brain Temperature as Proxy for Brain State and Brain Activity in the Mouse"

This dataset includes 84 files for 20 mice containing sleep/wake scores, power spectra, EEG/EMG variance, and cortical temperature. Also included are raw EEG, EMG, and temperature traces for these mice. MATLAB scripts to read included file formats, along with a data descriptor of the programs included. The data represent 48 hours of baseline recordings. See data_descriptor.pdf for more information.
