In this folder are input and output files for v3.32 of TOUGHREACT that contain all of the files illustrated in the manuscript plus many more. The TOUGHREACT reference manual is also provided, which gives more information on all of the input and output files.

In each folder there are a sequence of run folders, each containing input files (flow.inp, solute.inp, chemical.inp, MESH, GENER, plus a thermodynamic database with filename like “TherAkin10.dat.” and all output files (all “.out” files). This database include three main floders are named according to injection rates.  Each main folder contains 15 sub-folders named according to the hydrochemistry of the injection fluid. For example, 0.2MW+0.8LSW means the hydrochemistry of the injection fluid is a mixture of 80% meteoric water (MW) and 20% late Cretaceous seawater (LCS).
