Acute pancreatitis is a common cause of emergency hospitalization for digestive disorders. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and changes in dietary structure, the incidence rate has been increasing year by year. Among them, severe acute pancreatitis is prone to secondary complications such as sepsis and multiple organ failure, further leading to poor prognosis of patients. Although there are currently treatment measures such as fluid resuscitation and enteral nutrition, the efficacy of severe acute pancreatitis is still unsatisfactory. This study aims to investigate the diversity of intestinal flora in patients with acute pancreatitis by culture omics.
