Serum exosome small RNA array analysis identifies 5'tiRNA-PheGAA and tRF-1-IleAAT as potential biomarkers for rheumatoid arthritis

To screen differentially expressed tsRNA in serum exosomes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and healthy controls and conduct bioinformatics analysis for exploring the role and potential clinical application value of tsRNAs in the pathogenesis of RA. Serum exosomes samples were collected from 3 RA patients, and 3 healthy individuals were screened using the Agilent Human small RNA Microarray platform interrogating 5128 tsRNAs.
