Crystal tracking precision raw data and fully automatic 25 nm e-beam 3DED dataset of LaPO4

This repository contains the raw data about crystal tracking precision and reproducibility of our TEMs Tecnai F30 and Tecnai Spirit comparing the performances of a tomography holder and a cryo-tomography holder. fully automatic 25 nm e-beam 3DED dataset on LaPO4 using ADT and cRED method are reported from this challenging material which is embedded in glass-ceramic matrix.
