The BAMBI Geo-Referenced Dataset (2K): Orthorectified Nadir UAV-Recordings of Forest Wildlife (Part 7)

This dataset is part of the BAMBI (Biodiversity Airborne Monitoring Based on Intelligent UAV sampling; https://www.bambi.eco/) project. It contains geo-referenced, orthorectified nadir UAV recordings of forest wildlife, rendered at 2048×2048 px onto a digital elevation model. Each flight is stored as an individual ZIP archive named by its numeric flight ID (e.g. flight_1.zip). Inside each ZIP: rgb/ – orthorectified RGB frames (<frame>.png) with YOLO labels (<frame>.txt) and UTM-referenced labels (<frame>_utm.txt) thermal/ – the same, for the thermal modality manifest.json – provenance and render parameters for the flight track_occlusion_annotations.json – manually reviewed track-level annotations for this flight (per track and modality, the annotated frames with their gender and occlusion attributes and normalised bounding boxes) Frame indices are shared across modalities, so rgb/000010.png and thermal/000010.png are temporally aligned. Due to the size of the full dataset it has been split into multiple parts. Please download all parts to obtain the complete dataset.
