Australian Cereal Rust Control Program - EST-based Marker Tests 2014-2018

DNA marker results for EST-based marker tests for leaf rust and stem rust, conducted as part of the Australian Cereal Rust Control Program by the University of Adelaide from 2014-2018.The zip file <i>EST_Markers.zip</i> contains gel photos for the EST marker tests, available in digitised form as Microsoft Powerpoint files (.pptx, containing the embedded images as well as annotations), or in some cases as standalone workbook scans (.jpg images and PDFs). The text file <i>files.txt</i> contains a listing of all of the files contained in the zip file, for convenience.
