Underlying data for “Exploring the potential mechanism of aspartame on colorectal cancer based on network toxicology and molecular docking”
收藏资源简介:
### Description This dataset contains the source data supporting the experimental validation reported in the manuscript entitled **“Exploring the potential mechanism of aspartame on colorectal cancer based on network toxicology and molecular docking.”** The deposited materials include: (1) replicate-level qPCR expression data for **ANPEP, CA2, CA12, and SLC1A1** in NCM460, RKO, HCT116, and DLD1 cells exposed to 0, 50, or 250 μM aspartame; (2) individual-mouse longitudinal body-weight measurements and survival records from the AOM/DSS model-control, 0.5 g/kg aspartame, and 2 g/kg aspartame groups; (3) individual-mouse tumor-burden data, including tumor number, maximum tumor diameter, and total tumor area; and (4) three full-resolution H&E-stained colonic whole-section images, comprising one representative section from each experimental group and serving as the source images for Figure 9. Six mice were initially allocated to each animal group. Endpoint-specific sample sizes are reported in the manuscript and corresponding figure legends. Tumor-burden endpoints were analyzed using three mice per group. The histopathological images are provided for qualitative morphological illustration and were not used for formal histopathological severity scoring. No western blot or gel-based experiments were performed in this study, and no new sequencing dataset was generated. Publicly available gene-expression datasets used for the bioinformatics analyses are identified by their GEO accession numbers in the manuscript and are not redistributed here. These files are provided to support data transparency, traceability, and independent evaluation of the reported experimental findings. No personal, confidential, or identifiable information is included.
