This dataset contains anonymised interview transcripts collected from officers of the Social Welfare Department (JKM) in Selangor, Malaysia. The interviews explore operational experiences related to disaster logistics, including coordination, resource distribution, funding, and evacuation centre management during flood events. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and manually transcribed with all identifying information removed. The dataset represents raw qualitative responses used to understand the critical success factors influencing humanitarian logistics operations. These transcripts are made available in anonymised form for research and educational purposes.
