Supplementary SOGs of 470 angiosperm species

Here is the repository for the coding sequence and amino acid sequence files of the 1,614 SOGs on the 470 angiosperm species involved in our manuscript.There are 3 files, 'CDS_1614SOGs_470SP.tar' which contains the 1,614 coding sequence files, 'PEP_1614SOGs_470SP.tar' which contains the 1,614 amino acid sequence files, and the 'SOGs.info.tsv' which contains the orthogroup format information of gene families and species.
