ALS Focus Wave 5 – Mobility Survey

The NeuroVERSE record contains the following files: ALSFocusWave5_DataDictionary.xlsx – This is the data dictionary for surveys fielded in ALS Focus Wave 5. ALSFocusWave5_Mobility.dta – This Stata file contains responses to the ALS Mobility survey for people with ALS, current caregivers, and past caregivers. This survey was available in Wave 5. ALSFocusWave5_Demographics.dta – This Stata file contains responses to the Demographics survey since ALS Focus launched in February 2020. ALSFocusWave5_ALSFRSandVC.dta – This Stata file contains responses to ALSFRS-R and vital capacity questions in the Health Status survey, which opened in Wave 2. Participants with ALS could answer these questions on a repeated basis, but not more than once per calendar day, on the NeuroPRO platform. ALSFocusWave5_HealthStatus.dta – This Stata file contains responses to remaining questions in the Health Status survey, which opened in Wave 2. Participants with ALS could answer these questions on a repeated basis, but not more than once per calendar day, on the NeuroPRO platform.
