The impact of overexpression of PpCBF6 on the expression of low temperature stress tolerance related genes in pear

This project detectd the different expressed genes in WT and PpCBF6 overexpressed pear calli after low temperature treatment. As a result, a number genes about cold stress resistance, antioxidase system and stress response were identified from this project. This result showed that overexpression of PpCBF6 upregulate these cold stress related genes expression.
