Addiction to Smartphone and its Effect on Forward Head Posture in asymptomatic young adults.

Smartphone addiction refers to excessive and compulsive use of smartphones, which can have negative effects on an individual's physical and mental health. One of the physical effects of smartphone addiction is the development of forward head posture (FHP) in asymptomatic young adults. We use smartphone addiction scale - short version to measure addiction level and universal goniometer to measure the CVA.

智能手机成瘾指过度且强制性使用智能手机，可能对个体身心健康产生负面影响。智能手机成瘾的其中一种生理效应是导致无症状的年轻成人出现前倾头位（FHP）。本研究所采用智能手机成瘾量表（简版）以评估成瘾程度，并利用通用量角器测量颈椎活动范围（CVA）。
