Romidepsin displayed potent antitumor activity in our lenvatinib-resistant PDCs, we wanted to investigate the underlying mechanism of how romidepsin initiated susceptibility to conquer lenvatinib resistance in liver cancer. Overall design: PDCs were treated with two doses of romidepsin (1μM and 2 μM) for 48h.
