Burnout and resilience in Sri Lankan HCWs Study

This study explores the relationship between burnout and mental health problems among health workers in Sri Lanka, and the role of resilience as a buffer. Data are based on self-report questionnaires including the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, Brief Resilience Scale and Depression, anxiety and stress scale.
