资源简介:
This study aimed to better understand the effects of Tas1r2 loss-of-function on skeletal muscle gene expression across physiological states. Transcriptomic profiling was performed on skeletal muscle from wildtype and Tas1r2 knockout male mice under young, aged, and obese conditions. RNA was obtained from left leg solei of male mice Thirty samples from mouse soleus and quadriceps muscle were profiled using the Affymetrix Clariom S Mouse microarray platform. Samples include wildtype and Tas1r2 knockout male mice across three biological contexts: young (3–4 months), aged (18–20 months), and leptin-deficient obese (Lep^ob/ob). Each group includes multiple biological replicates (n = 3–6 per group). The dataset includes both control (wildtype) and experimental (Tas1r2 knockout) samples within each age and obesity group. This submission represents the first release of a broader study investigating gene expression in skeletal muscle under different physiological and Tas1r2 functions.
