Chromosome-level genome resources of three planthoppers. Nilaparvata lugens, Laodelphax striatellus, Sogatella furcifera

We first de novo sequenced the BPH genome to increase its genome assembly quality with PacBio and Illumina platforms, increasing the contig N50 to 589.46 Kb. Then, with new BPH genome and previously reported WBPH and SBPH genome assemblies, we generated chromosome-level scaffold assemblies of three planthoppers with HiC scaffolding technique.
