LEHRSUPERVISION, VERANTWORTUNG, FORSCHUNG – Anmerkungen zu Zukunftsperspektiven der Supervision – Juni 1994 - Juni 2015 - Juni 2016 – Hückeswagen – Beversee TRAINING SUPERVISION, RESPONSIBILITY, RESEARCH – Notes on Future Perspectives of Supervision

Dieses „Arbeitspapier“ und diese „Materialsammlung“ versteht sich als Diskussionsbeitrag zur schwierigen Frage der „Lehrsupervision“, für die eine hinreichende theoretische Absicherung fehlt und für die bislang kein evidenzbasierter Wirkungsnachweis vorliegt. Kennzeichnend ist das Fehlen jeden Bezugs zur empirischen Sozial- und Evaluationsforschung. Das muss anders werden! Auch ist eine „Exklusion“ der Lehrsupervisanden und der praktizierenden SupervisorInnen im Feld oder gar der KlientInnen aus dem Diskurs über Lehrsupervision festzustellen – das geht gar nicht in professioneller Qualitätssicherung! Es werden in „weiterführender Kritik“ Vorschläge zur Klärung und Fundierung von Lehrsupervision gemacht, verbunden mit Überlegungen zur „Zukunft der Supervision“. This “working paper” and “collection of material” sees itself as a contribution to the discussion of the difficult question concerning “Training supervision”. So far there is no well grounded theoretical concept available and no evidence based proof that it is working effectively. On the contrary it seems typical that there is not any connection to empirical social scientific research and to evaluation studies. That has to be changed! Moreover an „exclusion“ of the supervisees of training supervisions as well as of the practicing supervisors and of clients from the field of supervision has to be noticed – an impossible situation for professional qualiy assurance procedures!
