Preterm Yorkshire piglets were provided parenteral nutrition for 14 days, receiving treatment with SEFA-6179 or a medium chain triglyceride vehicle control. At the end of 14 days, MCT piglets developed cholestasis and histologic liver injury. Overall design: RNA-Seq was performed on liver tissue obtained at sacrifice on day of life 15 from all treatment (SEFA-6179) and control animals (MCT).
