设备周点检是指由设备操作人员按照预定的点检计划,对设备进行每周的检查和保养工作。通过本算法得到的设备周点检完成率数据,再将数据与FineBi可视化工具相结合。业务部门可以及时发现设备的异常情况,并采取相应的维修或维护措施,从而提高设备的可用性和生产效率,降低设备故障的风险,保障生产顺利进行。设备周点检完成率数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面:1、数据采集:通过端口进入,从而获取设备的信息数据,完成信息数据的采集。2、数据校验:通过对实际完成次数、周点检计划次数等基础数据进行比对和验证。3、数据处理:使用WebService的方式连接数据库,实现数据交互。关于周、设备等字段通过唯一主键进行多表关联,搭建所需字段的SQL模型。根据各周、设备等统一维度的分组汇总(∑(每组同一维度字段的值))的结果值即使用改进的K=1+1.3log(N^2/100)*e^2通过FineBi数据分析计算,再根据公式设备周点检完成率M=SUM(P)/SUM(W)*s,其中,W为周点检计划次数即为车间组长对设备周点检制定的计划次数;记第一条设备抓取次数记录数为A1,A2为第二条设备抓取次数记录数,设备抓取总次数为记为A,同理人工剔废次数记为B;实际完成次数P=Σ((A1-B1) +(A2-B2) +...+(An-Bn) )=Σ(A-B);s为实际完成次数与周点检计划次数占比单项式中的基础系数。最后通过BI工具,按日期、车间、设备等维度进行分类统计实现层层钻取功能,并利用组合图体现每台设备周点检完成情况。

Weekly equipment spot check refers to the weekly inspection and maintenance work conducted by equipment operators in accordance with the pre-defined spot check plan. The weekly equipment spot check completion rate data derived from this algorithm is combined with the FineBi visualization tool. Business departments can promptly detect equipment abnormalities and take corresponding repair or maintenance measures, thereby improving equipment availability and production efficiency, reducing the risk of equipment failures, and ensuring smooth production operations. The algorithm rules for the weekly equipment spot check completion rate data are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Access via ports to obtain equipment information data and complete the collection of such information. 2. Data Verification: Compare and verify basic data including actual completion times and planned weekly spot check times. 3. Data Processing: Connect to the database using WebService to achieve data interaction. For fields such as week and equipment, multi-table association is performed via unique primary keys to build an SQL model for the required fields. According to the grouped summary results of unified dimensions such as each week and equipment (∑(values of the same dimension field per group)), the improved formula K=1+1.3log(N²/100)·e² is used for data analysis and calculation via FineBi. Then the weekly equipment spot check completion rate M is calculated using the formula M=SUM(P)/SUM(W)·s, where W is the planned weekly spot check times, i.e., the number of plans formulated by the workshop foreman for the weekly spot check of equipment. Let the number of records of the first equipment grasping times be A₁, A₂ the number of records of the second equipment grasping times, and the total number of equipment grasping times be A; similarly, the number of manual waste rejection times is recorded as B. The actual completion times P=Σ((A₁-B₁)+(A₂-B₂)+…+(Aₙ-Bₙ))=Σ(A-B). Here, s is the basic coefficient in the monomial of the proportion of actual completion times to planned weekly spot check times. Finally, through the BI tool, classified statistics are conducted according to dimensions such as date, workshop and equipment to realize the layer-by-layer drill-down function, and a combined chart is used to display the weekly spot check completion status of each piece of equipment.
