Numerical Data for Tandem Neural Network Inverse Design of Multilayer SPR Sensors

This dataset contains the numerical data supporting a computational study of inverse design for gold-based multilayer surface plasmon resonance sensors. The archive includes the sampled SPR database, numerical validation checks, empirical inverse-solution multiplicity analysis, training/validation/development target data, model prediction and training-history outputs, direct-optimization traces, independent-evaluation results, cost-analysis records, and machine-readable manuscript tables. The investigated domain contains Au, Au+graphene, Au+MXene, and Au+graphene+MXene families at 633 nm with nominal analyte refractive index 1.330. Source code and trained model parameter files are not included in this public data archive.
