AlphaFold2 monomer models from the publication entitled "A simple workflow to identify novel Small Linear Motif (SLiM)-mediated interactions with AlphaFold". This archive contains monomeric AlphaFold2 Multimer v3 predictions used to benchmark AlphaSLiM for motif discovery. The predictions are organized into folders, one per "SLiM-containing partner". Each folder includes five .json score files required for AlphaSLiM script.
