Test dataset for LIPAC (Lipid-Protein Analysis with Causal Inference). This dataset can be used for test for other codes. Contains coarse-grained MD simulation trajectories of transmembrane peptide (EGFR TM sequence) in complex membrane with DIPC, DOPS, CHOL, SM, and GM3 lipids.
