Table S1 List of species found only in each sampling habitat of the mangrove ecosystem

This dataset is Appendix S1 of the paper "Diversity of Cultivable Bacteria, Enzyme Production Potential, and Characteristics of Dominant Bacillus in Sediments of Zhangjiang Mouth Mangrove", providing a detailed list of "unique" species of cultivable bacteria in three different sampling habitats (core area, estuary, and estuary) of Zhangjiang Mouth mangrove ecosystem. The definition of "endemic" species here refers to bacterial species isolated only at a certain sampling location based on Venn Diagram analysis, reflecting the exclusive distribution pattern of species. The dataset specifically lists the names and taxonomic units (such as genera and species) of bacterial species found only in the core area, only at the estuary, and only at the estuary. These data were obtained through cultivable isolation of 144 sediment samples and identified through 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
