16S French Guiana Ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae)

There is a lack of knowledge on Amazonian arthropods and especially ants, who are an ideal model for studies on diversity and community assembly patterns. In Amazonia, French Guiana is a good mix between urban area and well-preserved area. In this country we know 15 000 ants species but estimation are 80 000 species. So we have starting to sequencing maximum French Guiana ants for increase knowledge and data.
