Forming process failures

When producing bolts in a forming process, the pressure signals are recorded per forming cycle of a bolt. The dataset is collected from experiments of different failure modes of a forming process. There are 2 experiments recorded in csv format. Four failure modes, including core broken, cavity block, insufficient lubrication, and material out-of-specification, as well as one normal mode are provided. The two experiments were performed in the same machine with different cavities and cores, and saved in Forming Failures Exp1 and Exp2, respectively.

在采用成型工艺生产螺栓的过程中，会针对每一轮螺栓成型循环记录对应的压力信号。本数据集采集自针对成型工艺不同失效模式开展的实验，包含两份以CSV格式存储的实验数据。本次数据集共涵盖四种失效模式与一种正常生产模式：分别为芯棒断裂（core broken）、型腔堵塞（cavity block）、润滑不足（insufficient lubrication）以及材料规格不符（material out-of-specification）。两项实验均在同一台生产设备上开展，仅更换了不同的型腔与芯棒，实验数据分别存储于Forming Failures Exp1与Forming Failures Exp2目录中。
