This dataset contains high-frequency spatial and temporal water quality measurements collected from two urban natural drainage networks (Malnichara and Goali Chara) and the receiving Surma River in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The data was collected over a four-week dry-weather monitoring campaign to validate an inference-based microbial source tracking (IMST) framework. The dataset includes: Spatial Baseline Data: Geolocations (Latitude/Longitude), urban land-use classifications (e.g., Slum, Residential, Commercial), and baseline Fecal Coliform (FC) concentrations for 62 monitoring stations. High-Frequency Temporal Data: Hourly and daily measurements of FC (10^5 CFU/100 mL), Turbidity (NTU), and pH from targeted outfall nodes to capture diurnal and weekly "Anthropogenic Pulses." Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD₅): 7-day organic loading data (mg/L) from strategic channel outfalls and river transects to quantify the "Organic Stress Gradient" and "Shoreline Plume" effects. Hydraulic Mass-Balance Data: Channel dimensions and flow velocity measurements used to validate the relative contribution of household drain inputs.
