Hyperglycemia Alters the Fetal Islet Transcriptome and Leads to Progeny Islet Dysfunction

The overall goal of this project is to identify transcriptome alteration in fetal islets exposed to transient maternal hyperglycemia from GD20 to GD22.本研究的总体目标是识别妊娠第20天至第22天（GD20至GD22）期间暴露于一过性母体高血糖（transient maternal hyperglycemia）环境的胎儿胰岛（fetal islets）内的转录组改变（transcriptome alteration）。
