Patient-Reported Outcomes Following Hysterectomy With or Without Bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy

This dataset contains anonymized patient-level data from a single-center prospective postoperative questionnaire study comparing sexual function, health-related quality of life, and speculum-related pain among women undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, total abdominal hysterectomy without oophorectomy, and women in natural menopause. The dataset includes demographic and clinical variables, FSFI-19 data, SF-36 data, symptom variables, and VAS scores for speculum-related pain. A data dictionary is provided to define variable names, coding, allowed values, and measurement instruments. No directly identifiable personal information is included.
