Therapy-resistant high grade serous carcinoma tumors treated with control, olaparib and/or SM08502. The goals of the project were to determine differential gene expression and differential splicing in treated tumors. Overall design: HGSC PDX model grown in NSG mice were treated with control, olaparib (50 mg/kg, daily, oral gavage), SM08502 (25 mg/kg, daily, oral gavage) or in combination.
