Korean Ayurveda Survey Results
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains cleaned respondent-level survey data collected to examine how project manager capabilities and individual characteristics relate to project outcomes. Respondents answered a structured questionnaire covering (a) background and project characteristics (e.g., gender, age group, total work experience, project management training/certification, number of projects participated in, project duration and budget size, industry, and company revenue category), (b) project manager management-process competency (a broad item pool measuring practices across major project management process/knowledge areas), (c) project manager technical competency (self-assessed technical knowledge and problem-solving capability relevant to project execution), (d) project performance (management performance and completion/outcome performance), (e) participant (team member) technical competency, and (f) a 45-item Korean Ayurveda-based psychotype inventory used to derive a categorical psychotype variable. All Likert-type items are coded on a 1–5 scale (Strongly disagree to Strongly agree), and categorical variables are coded with English value labels as documented in the public codebook. The released file is a cleaned dataset with English variable names intended for analysis, replication, and secondary use; open-ended “Other (please specify)” text responses (if collected) are excluded from the public package to reduce identification risk and because they are not required for the main analyses.
