EnvCoRe-SW: A de-identified inventory and structured environmental measurement dataset derived from environmental compliance monitoring reports in Guizhou Province, Southwest China, 2018–2025

EnvCoRe-SW is a de-identified environmental compliance monitoring report inventory and structured environmental measurement dataset derived from reports collected in Guizhou Province, Southwest China, during 2018–2025. It is a report-derived research data resource, not a public collection of complete report text and not a regulatory compliance database. The v5 release contains 8,265 report-inventory records, metadata for 2,004 parsed DOCX reports, 552,375 public table-cell records, 43,822 measurement-row candidates, 63,075 standardized parameter-row candidates, 344,682 numeric-token candidates, and 19,122 curated environmental measurement records. The release also provides a 1,392-record cumulative exclusion audit, a controlled dictionary covering 34 environmental parameter codes, an 800-record stratified dual-human-review audit, and a 200-record targeted challenge audit. The dataset covers structured measurements associated with water, air, noise, and quality-assurance or quality-control contexts. It includes de-identification documentation, correction and exclusion provenance, completed QA records, schema documentation, validation outputs, figure source data, and a checksum manifest. Original source reports, complete report text, organization names, facility names, project names, report numbers, source paths, private crosswalks, and internal identifiers are not included. The dataset is intended for environmental data curation, structured measurement reuse, parameter harmonization, provenance-aware quality assessment, and environmental informatics research. It must not be used as an independent regulatory compliance determination or for attempts to re-identify source organizations, facilities, or projects.
