CCAR1S mRNA is lack of the exons 15-22 compared with the CCAR1L. Accordingly, the CCAR1S protein is lack of the SAP domain which functions as a DNA/RNA-binding domain and might be involved in chromosomal organization and apoptosis regulation. We constructed the shCCAR1S and shCCAR1L plasimid to make RNA sequences in order to assaying the differently expressed genes.
