Molecular changes in the lung during otseosarcoma pre-metastatic niche formation

To profile the molecular changes in the lung during osteosarcoma pre-metastatic niche formation, we performed RNA-seq of lungs harvested from D0 and D14 after orthotopic implantation of K7M2 cells in balb/c mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for lungs harvested from D0 and D14 after orthotopic implantation of K7M2 cells in balb/c mice. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three independent experiments.
