The CEMS Risk and Recovery Standard (RRM STD) has been activated by the Spanish General Directorate of Civil Protection and Emergencies (CENEM) on behalf of the Ministry of Interior of Spain, D. G. Guardia Civil and Jefatura del Seprona, following the forest fire that broke out in the natural areas of Villarrasa, in the Huelva province (Andalucia region, Southern Spain) on 24th July 2021. A total of 15 aircrafts and 120 forest firefighters fought against the propagation of the wildfire which, however, reached the limits of Niebla and La Palma de Condado, affecting an area of 865 hectares, 630 hectares of which being forest. The goal of the activation is to provide wildfire damage delineation and grading products that will support the police investigation and the damage assessment. The P07-Wildfire delineation and grading product has been generated by using post-event VHR satellite images. The analysis resulted in 846 ha burnt, of which 540 ha only slightly damaged, 299 ha moderately damaged, and 6 ha highly damaged. The P14-Impact assessment analysis on assets and population shows that the fire engulfed 5 km of primary road and nearly 5 km of unpaved roads and tracks. The infrastructure assets with higher commercial value affected by the fire are several agricultural buildings, waste and recycling industry, and power line infrastructure. In terms of area, the highest total damage was suffered in the transitional woodland-shrub and sclerophyllous vegetation and in coniferous forest. The damage to the agricultural sector was minimal, mostly affecting pastureland. Several roadside residential buildings were destroyed. <br>
