Dataset of the Social Green Transformation Index and Its Sub - indices of Urban Agglomerations in China from 2011-2019

Construct a social green transformation indicator system, which includes three dimensions: social ecological values, social environmental cognition, and social green behavior willingness. Then, using Python programming, batch collect the annual average Baidu search index of keywords in the index system of prefecture level cities involved in the research area from 2011 to 2019. Subsequently, the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to first assign weights to the indicators under each dimension and calculate the social ecological values index, social environmental cognition index, and social green behavior willingness index. The above sub indices were then used as measurement data, and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used again to assign weights to each dimension and measure the social green transformation index.
