Sequence data from a bulked segregant analysis of an extreme permethrin resistance phenotype originating from the KS17-R strain of house fly, using the IsoCS susceptible strain as the other parent for mapping crosses. Sequence data from the parental individuals and resistant (RES), unselected (UNS), and (SUS) susceptible bulks are included.
