This Environmental Assessment analyzes the environmental impacts of the National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources proposal to issue 5-year regulations and subsequent Letter of Authorization pursuant to section 101(a)(5)(A) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act for the unintentional taking of marine mammals incidental to military readiness training activities at BT-9 and BT-11, from March 2015 to March 2020.
