These Matlab scripts are for analysis of cryo-electron microscopy 2d images of amyloid fibrils, to be used with Relion software (version 3.1). These scripts were specifically used for the analysis in the paper, "Structure of Amyloid Peptide Ribbons Characterized by Electron Microscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy, and Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance," K.R.
