The table shows the accuracy of the tests capable of identifying sex; amplicons obtained in qPCR-duplex and in PCR were analyzed through the melting curves and the electrophoretic run respectively. Three aDNA extractions were performed for each skeletal sample, the analysis was conducted with two technical replicates for each sample.
