Long noncoding rna (lncRNA) can be used as oncogene or tumor suppressor to regulate tumor development. The role of LncRNA CYP1B1-AS1 is unclear. We used lentivirus vector to overexpress CYP1B1-AS1 in breast cancer cell line MCF7. Through transcriptome sequencing, we revealed the effect of CYP1B1-AS1 on the transcriptome of breast cancer cells.
