资源简介:

The increasing complexity and uncertainty of the global business environment have highlighted the importance of a resilient business ecosystem as a foundation for sustainable corporate performance. This study examines the relationship between a resilient business ecosystem and strategic management, focusing on how companies develop adaptive capabilities to respond to environmental disruptions and volatility. The productivity of the printing process in the metal packaging industry at PT. XYZ must be monitored, as this impacts the quality and availability of the final product. The monthly production process output target is 40% on each printing line, but the actual output over the past six months has averaged only 21.09%. A productivity analysis was conducted to identify the causes and solutions to address the problem. The analysis revealed that the printing department's OEE was 14.08%, below the JIPM standard of 85%. Further analysis using the Six Big Losses revealed that setup losses were the largest contributor to low printing machine productivity. Based on the analysis using the FMEA method and fishbone, improvements can be made, especially those related to the time-consuming machine setup process. This is done by creating SOPs for machine setup and conducting regular training. By implementing these improvement steps, the Printing Department's productivity is expected to increase by 40%. This achievement allows for continuous improvement analysis to increase periodic productivity standards to achieve OEE values according to JIPM standards. The company can adapt quickly to environmental changes, maintain operational sustainability, and create a sustainable competitive advantage.
