Metagenome of the ECM rhizosphere soil (PRJCA042131)

Raw data of metagenome sequences of the 21 soil samples collected from the ectomycorrhizosphere in Kunming Botanical Garden. The blank samples were soil collected from small bare areas which treated as blank control; rhizosphere soil samples of 5-8 year old Proteaceae trees, Macadamia integrifolia (MI), were sampled and treated as non-mycorrhizal control; five ectomycorrhizal host tree species, Quercus glauca (QG), Quercus variabilis (QV), Keteleeria pubescens (KP), Populus adenopoda (PA) and Pinus yunnanensis (PY) were selected to sample ectomycorrhizosphere soils. Then DNA was extracted and shotgun sequencing was performed.
