资源简介:
The study of oxide heterostructures has revealed emergent quantum phenomena arising from interfacial electronic and magnetic interactions. In this work, we investigate the anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in [(CaRuO₃)/(SrIrO₃)]₁₀ superlattices, where individual bulk components are non-magnetic but exhibit intriguing interfacial magnetism. Using pulsed laser deposition, we successfully fabricated epitaxial superlattices with precise control over layer thickness, revealing a systematic thickness-dependent magnetic anisotropy. To probe the underlying electronic and magnetic structure, we propose X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), X-ray linear dichroism (XLD), and X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) measurements at Ru and Ir edges. These techniques will provide element-specific insights into charge transfer, orbital hybridization, and spin-orbit coupling effects at the interface. Our results will enhance the understanding of interfacial magnetism and quantum transport in oxide heterostructures, with potential implications for future spintronic applications.
