Additional file 7: Supplementary Table 2. Strains, excluding the reference strain, 1980, used to create the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum pan-genome and call structural variants. Strains with Nanopore and Illumina data were used to create the pan-genome graph whereas strains with only Illumina data (previous or current study) were used for mapping and variant calling against the graph.
