资源简介:
As more evidence has emerged demonstrating the relevance of plant-associated bacteria for plant growth and productivity, it is believed that interactions between bacteria and alien plants may play a role in plant invasions. Endophytic bacteria have been shown to have a significant impact on the growth and fitness of agriculturally important plants in several studies. However, little information on the composition, variety, and interaction of endophytic bacterial communities in plants contending for survival in Egypt's severe settings, such as the Eastern Desert and the Mediterranean coast, is accessible to our knowledge. However, little is known about the diversity of bacterial communities associated with invasive plants. This research, which exposes the structure of bacterial communities and their possible functions in invasive various portions of Senecio glaucus plants, is the first step in determining the significance of plant bacteria interactions in the Egyptian species invasion, growing in various severe conditions.
