General information of patients and Adverse Events and Treatment during PTIP

General information and baseline characteristicsThe 12 cases with unresectable AGC were enrolled, including 9 men（9/12）, with a mean (± standard deviation) age of 62.17± 11.97 years. Pathology revealed that all patients had an adenocarcinoma, 10 cases of carcinoma of gastric cardia, 1 case of gastric body carcinoma and 1 case of gastric sinus carcinoma. Seven cases (7/12) were in stage III and five cases (6/12) in stage IV.  The patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia had dysphagia in different degrees, 2 cases of grade 4 (16.7%), 2 cases of grade 3 (16.7%). 3 cases had gastrointestinal bleeding. The postoperative adverse events were nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, elevated serum alanine and aspartate transaminase levels, thrombocytopenia, and decreased hemoglobin. All adverse events were classified as Level 1 (see Table 2).
